Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Cloud AI Digital, including the CRM, WhatsApp automation, analytics, and related platform services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cloud AI Digital, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Service Scope

Cloud AI Digital provides CRM workflows, WhatsApp-based automation, financial management, reporting, invoicing, and related business operations features. We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, managing team access appropriately, and ensuring that all information submitted through the service is accurate and lawful. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Cloud AI Digital is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized access attempts, spam, abusive automation, intellectual property infringement, harassment, or any activity that could damage the service or other users. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the platform's underlying code or data beyond what is expressly permitted.

Billing and Subscriptions

Cloud AI Digital offers free and paid subscription plans. Free plans are subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis per the selected billing cycle. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

Customer Data

You retain full ownership of your business data. Cloud AI Digital only processes the data needed to operate the platform and support your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not send your full database to AI systems — only limited, task-specific context is used when required for a requested AI feature. Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp Automation

Use of the WhatsApp Business messaging integration is subject to the terms and acceptable use policies of the underlying messaging platform. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before sending them messages, complying with applicable messaging laws, and ensuring your use of the messaging integration does not violate applicable platform policies. Cloud AI Digital is not liable for account suspensions or restrictions imposed by the underlying messaging provider.

AI and Automation

AI-generated outputs, automations, and assistant responses may be probabilistic and should be reviewed before being treated as final business, legal, financial, or operational decisions. Where AI processing is used, Cloud AI Digital limits data scope to the minimum needed for the specific task and applies anonymization measures where practical. Third-party AI service providers process data transiently per request and are not permitted to use your data for model training. You assume responsibility for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

Cloud AI Digital and all associated trademarks, software, design, and content are the exclusive property of Cloud AI Digital or its licensors. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform. You retain all intellectual property rights in the data, content, and materials you upload to the platform.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is used in a harmful or abusive way, or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be handled per the data retention terms in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud AI Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Cloud AI Digital in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
